Our olive mill stands on the very site where, since the 1800s, olive oil was produced using traditional stone mills. Today, while preserving the rustic charm of old terracotta walls and dated oil jars, we employ stainless steel, temperature-controlled systems to ensure the highest quality standards.

Formally established in 1938, the mill has always been family-run, a tradition that makes our Extra Virgin Olive Oil truly unique. Each year, we process around 100 metric tons of freshly harvested olives, sourced from local groves with soils perfectly suited to olive cultivation. Proximity to iconic locations such as Lake Trasimeno and the Tuscan hills enriches the unique setting and adds intrinsic value to our product.

The oil we bottle stands out for its low acidity, its intense aroma reminiscent of freshly milled olives, and its abundance of polyphenols. We also offer home delivery services, both in Italy and abroad, to share the genuine taste of this region with the world.
