Deliveries are made to Italy, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. As provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
To request a return:– send a written communication to info@olivestri.it indicating the order number and the products to be returned;
– wait for confirmation and return instructions from us;
– ship the product intact, in its original packaging, to the following address: Olivestri S.N.C. di Vestri G. e C. – Via Cavour, 13 – 06061 Castiglione del Lago (PG) – Italy.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or shipping errors. In such cases, we will arrange collection at our expense or reimburse the costs incurred.
- Warranties and Liability
In the case of defective or damaged products, we invite customers to contact us within 48 hours of receipt to evaluate replacements or refunds. Frantoio Olivestri shall not be held liable for improper use of the purchased products. - Personal Data Processing
