These Terms and Conditions govern the sale of the products available on this website, owned by Olivestri S.N.C. di Vestri G. e C., with registered office at Via Cavour, 13 – Petrignano del Lago, 06061 Castiglione del Lago (PG) – Italy. An order is considered complete upon receipt of payment. The available payment methods are listed on the “Payments” page of the website and include credit cards, bank transfer, and other secure methods. - Shipping and Delivery Times
Deliveries are made to Italy, the United Kingdom, and Europe. Shipping times may vary depending on the destination and product availability. Order preparation and shipping generally require an average of 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability: delivery normally takes place within 3–7 business days in Italy and 5–10 business days abroad. - Right of Withdrawa
As provided for by Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods.
In compliance with the provisions regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal set out in EU Directive 2023/2673, said right is exercised via the online procedure available on the website within the e-commerce section.
In the event of withdrawal, the products must be returned intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The direct costs of return shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by Olivestri.it.
The right of withdrawal is excluded in the cases provided for by applicable law, including—where the relevant conditions are met—the supply of goods liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly, and the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health protection and that have been unsealed after delivery.
- Warranties and Liability
In the case of defective or damaged products, we invite customers to contact us within 48 hours of receipt to evaluate replacements or refunds. Frantoio Olivestri shall not be held liable for improper use of the purchased products. - Personal Data Processing

These Conditions and the relationships stemming from online sales are governed by Italian law. For any dispute, the Court of Perugia shall have jurisdiction, unless a different territorial jurisdiction is mandatorily provided by law in favor of the consumer.
