  5. Right of Withdrawa<\/strong>

    As provided for by Legislative Decree 206\/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 days from receipt of the goods.<\/p>

    In compliance with the provisions regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal set out in EU Directive 2023\/2673, said right is exercised via the online procedure available on the website within the e-commerce section.<\/p>

    In the event of withdrawal, the products must be returned intact and in their original packaging within 14 days of the notice of withdrawal. The direct costs of return shall be borne by the Customer, unless otherwise indicated by Olivestri.it.<\/p>
